Our Refund Policy – Spectrum Cuts

At Spectrum Cuts, your child’s comfort always comes first. We know that every child is unique, and sometimes things don’t go quite as planned during a haircut—and that’s absolutely okay. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible for families, while respecting the time we set aside just for you.

If You Need to Cancel

  • Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we’ll happily refund you in full or move your booking to another time that works for you.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before, we may not be able to issue a refund since that time slot has been reserved for your child.

If We Need to Cancel

Life happens! If we ever need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook at a time that suits you best.

If the Haircut Can’t Be Completed

We know that haircuts can sometimes feel overwhelming for children. If your little one becomes distressed and we can’t finish, we’ll:

  • Offer to reschedule at a reduced cost, or

  • Give a partial refund, depending on how far we got.

Our priority is always your child’s well-being—not rushing through a haircut.

Getting Your Refund

If you’re due a refund, payments will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
